Most of our pieces have a mate finish so we recommend you clean them with a soft toothbrush soaked in warm water and neutral PH soap, with water and sodium bicarbonate. If the latter is not effective you can rub the piece with a rough sponge. But this might bring a change in the colour of your silver and make it more metal like. When sopa is not enough, we make a paste with sodium bicarbonate and water, lather the jewel with it and scrub it clean with a very soft brush under the open faucet.
